How Lyric Senior Care works

Lyric Senior Care is a transparent directory of licensed memory care facilities. We don’t sell placements and we don’t take commissions. Here’s exactly where our information comes from.

Our sources

Texas: Texas HHSC Long-Term Care Provider Search (TULIP). We pull each facility’s license status, type, Alzheimer’s certification, capacity, and most recent inspection with its violation counts.

Florida: Florida AHCA – FloridaHealthFinder. We pull each facility’s license status, capacity, reported memory-care / Alzheimer’s program, payment types accepted, and location. Florida ALF inspection deficiencies are maintained in a separate AHCA system and are not yet integrated; each Florida profile links to the official AHCA record for inspection history.

What “memory care certified” means

In Texas, a facility may not advertise specialized Alzheimer’s or dementia care without HHSC certification (26 TAC §553.27). Every facility below holds that certification.

In Florida, AHCA tracks each assisted living facility’s special programs. Every facility below reports a dedicated Memory Care / Alzheimer’s program to the state.

Our promise

Every facility’s public contact information is shown free of charge, for everyone, always. Paid features (if a facility ever chooses to enhance its listing) are clearly labeled and never change which facilities appear or how they rank. Inspection and license data is always shown verbatim, with its source and date.
